Bash Bays was born from a deeply personal journey of resilience and hope. During a time of profound challenge, our founder, Jeremy, sought healthy ways to cope with grief, loss, and overwhelm but found limited options. Out of this need, Bash Bays was created. Bash Bays is a safe and inclusive space where anyone and everyone age 10 and up can release their stress and negative emotions by smashing inanimate objects.
At Bash Bays, we believe that it’s okay to not be okay. We understand that life’s struggles can be heavy, and we’re here to provide a unique, fun, and therapeutic outlet for the Thunder Bay community.

Who can participate?Anyone and everyone age 10 and up can participate. Customers must be at least 18 years old when booking sessions online. Participants between 10 and 17 years of age must have a parent/guardian present to sign the waiver and remain on site for the duration of the session. Parent/Guardian(s) do not have to be a participant in the session for the age 10 to 17 age group.

What should I wear for my smash session?It is recommended that you wear light and loose fitting clothing. Many customers report feeling warm in their safety coveralls. Closed toed shoes are required. Wearing shoes such as sandals, crocs, or similar will have your session canceled and the cost forfeited.

What is your cancellation policy?You may reschedule your session online if there are at least 24 hours before your session time. If your session time is within the next 24 hours, you must notify us by phone to cancel or reschedule and we will apply 50% of the session value toward a future session. You will forfeit the remaining 50% of your session value. No shows will forfeit the entire session cost. If a customer comes in for a session and is suspected to be intoxicated by any means, the customer will NOT be allowed to participate and will forfeit their session cost. If a customer comes in for a session without closed toed shoes, the customer will NOT be allowed to participate and will forfeit their session cost. No refunds will be provided.

Are you allowed to take pictures or video during your SMASH session?Absolutely! Take as many photos and videos as you'd like and feel free to tag us on social media!

Are you open for walk-ins?If our open sign is on, we are open for walk-ins! We do encourage you to book online to ensure availability and a timeslot that works for you. You can also call or text us for availability.

Do you do parties?Yes! We have party packages available. Please contact us by email or phone (call/text) to discuss party bookings.

How many people can fit in each room?Rooms 1 and 2 are great for packages with 1 or 2 participants. Room 3 is great for packages with 3 or more participants.

We accept a wide range of electronics, glass - porcelain - stoneware - ceramic - tempered glass - pottery items, small appliances, computer and computer accessories.
