Bash Bays was born from a deeply personal journey of resilience and hope. During a time of profound challenge, our founder, Jeremy, sought healthy ways to cope with grief, loss, and overwhelm but found limited options. Out of this need, Bash Bays was created. Bash Bays is a safe and inclusive space where anyone and everyone age 10 and up can release their stress and negative emotions by smashing inanimate objects.

At Bash Bays, we believe that it’s okay to not be okay. We understand that life’s struggles can be heavy, and we’re here to provide a unique, fun, and therapeutic outlet for the Thunder Bay community.
